Maui Hiking

Planning a vacation or trip to Maui? The island is known for its relaxing, mellow nature landscapes and amazing hiking trails. But without any experience hiking, it is certain you will need a hiking guide.

Moments of relaxing heat, raindrops, mist, rainbows and sunlight shine and reflect awesomely on you and everything around you on this magical lush island, cultivating healing.     Never underestimate the glory of nature and its various type of terrain; therefore using an experienced, skilled hiking guide is where your vacation money is best spent.

The people at Maui Hiking Guides answer calls the same day in a very welcoming and friendly way.

Your Maui Hiking Guide will pick you up promptly at 8:45 AM.  Depending on your health history, your current physical condition and other factors, your guide and you will decide which type of hike, which part of the island and other related things to do are best for you.

Some people have disabilities or injuries that prevent them from carrying, need handholding or a guide to physically lean on.  A Maui Hiking Guide will take pics with his digital camera for you and carry your items if needed.

The guides are often former Marines and are trained for survival and are credentialed with a BS in Outdoor Education and Native American Studies as well as  being "Wilderness First Responders".  Your guide will make sure you place your foot steps in the spots that are safe.

You can expect your hiking guide to provide rain gear, a sophisticated first aid kit, chauffeur you to your water falls and running water areas and educate you with historical information about the Island.  Expect to eat a strawberry guava fruit from the trees in the prestine forests, snorkel or get muddy and rinse off under or near a waterfall or pool.

With so many ways to tour the island, Maui guides are experienced and trained to also take you scuba diving, canoeing, paddle boarding, hike on beautiful paths to beachfore picturesque trees and waterfalls and actually stand or swim very close to one.

People of all ages and types walk these trails yearly.

You don't have to be in perfect physical shape to hike the trails in Maui, however.  Some people might be recovering from surgery or an injury, and want to recover in the healing environment of Maui.    People with physical limitations can absolutely enjoy the awesome outdoors and connect with nature.  What better way is there to get healthy then to do it in the pristine tropics of the Maui Island. Your guide is trained to give you a boost here and there, making sure to offer to carry you safely thru a difficult place when needed.

One would feel safe and protected with a Maui Hiking Guides.   They are  the source to call if you're going to safely hike many of the discreet, pristine trails of the Island.
